This evidence-based program for older adults emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Participants will learn to reduce fall risks at home, set goals for increasing activity and exercise to increase strength and balance.

Fulfill your passion for art.  Bring your supplies and work on your current project while you share ideas and learn new techniques from others in a relaxed atmosphere.

This meeting is open to the public.

Join us for an evening of action-packed Bingo excitement.  Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be awarded.
