Smithtown Building Closed

Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to rebuild.  Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. For updates, click here

Program Description

Event Details

Pilates is an accessible way to build overall strength for better posture, balance and flexibility. This class is for beginners and offers low-impact flexibility, strength and endurance movements. Please bring a mat and water to the class. This is part of a series, to register, go to the November 2 date in the calendar.
