Participants will learn to reduce fall risks at home, set goals for increasing activity, and exercise to increase strength and balance. Sponsored by Suffolk County RSVP. Please note: Weeks 1 and 2 are informational on how to prevent falls; exercises will be incorporated in weeks 3-8.
