Advanced Battle of the Books is a countywide competition for teens in grades 9-12 who like to read and compete. This year’s book titles are A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.

The Commack Ambulance Public CPR & Choking Course is designed for non-medical personnel who want the knowledge necessary to recognize and care for someone in cardiac arrest or who is choking.

In this open level yoga class, we will be connecting breath to movement as we flow from one pose into the next.
