Your baby has a lot to say!  Join us for an introduction to baby sign language and learn how to communicate with your infant or toddler before they can speak.

Create a sand dollar inspired necklace with some paint, clay and seashells. This program is geared towards patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs. 

This evidence-based program for older adults emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Participants will learn to reduce fall risks at home, set goals for increasing activity, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
