Join us for stories about worms, spiders and other creatures that live in the garden, then make your own edible dirt cake garden from pudding, cookies and candy.

Join us at our first Friends’ Garage Sale – an outdoor market with yard sale items, books, crafts and more. The event will be in the library parking lot at the Nesconset Building.

Come celebrate your mother, grandmother, aunt, sister or any special person in your life.  Children will make a special craft and refreshments will be served.

Join us at Sweetbriar Nature Center for stories and songs about forest animals, then meet some of the animals that live there! Please bring a picnic blanket to sit on. Please note: this program will be held outdoors at Sweetbriar Nature Center.

If you love playing board games, this program is for you. Children will be paired with a teen buddy to play some of their favorite games.

Pair up with a teen volunteer to explore a variety of hands-on maker activities.

Come to the Children’s Room during these hours to tinker, build and play with a variety of STEAM challenges, toys and projects.

Join us for a program especially for babies. There will be songs, props and most of all, fun. No older siblings, please.

Wild characters abound when you open a book.  Treat your mind to an adventure with stories and an art project.

Introduce your little one to the Library for the first time. Enjoy simple songs, fingerplays and stories, just for baby. Stay and play afterwards and meet your neighbors.

Join us for stories, fingerplays, songs and dancing in an engaging and social atmosphere.

Learn all about an indigenous tribe in Mexico using a style of painting called Huichol that has the artist use swirled yarn instead of paint. Bring your creativity to make a one of a kind flower.
