Barre(less) Barre
Join certified Barre instructor Alana Bergen for an energizing low-impact class that is designed to strengthen, tone and balance the entire body utilizing traditional barre movements without the barre. Barre class includes sculpting & toning exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes and thighs. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Please call the Library if you would like to be added to the wait list.
