Until further notice, the Smithtown Building will be closed.
Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild. Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. In observance of Thanksgiving, the Library will be closed Thursday, November 28. We will reopen on Friday, November 29 at 9:30am.

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Drop offs will not be permitted.

Join us to make seasonal decorations that will be donated to local nursing homes. Each teen will receive one hour of community service.
Sketch and Stretch offers a unique program that combines art and yoga for teens. The program begins with yoga for focus and is followed by an art lesson. Each participant will leave with a completed mini canvas painting.
Local artist Melissa Krummeck will show you how to make a beautiful piece of art that looks like stained glass.
