A program for the senses! Your child will be able to touch and play with the autumn harvest that makes our Thanksgiving dinner so special.
Paint a cute woodland animal face on wood slices. This program is geared towards patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs.
This program focuses on slow, flowing movements, breathing and focused attention. A low-impact form of exercise can improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. It has shown to decrease the risk of falling.
