Enjoy a traditional time of nursery rhymes and songs for baby. A great introduction to the Library for the youngest of children!
This program focuses on slow, flowing movements, breathing and focused attention. A low-impact form of exercise can improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. It has shown to decrease the risk of falling.
Unplug and unwind with your little one. Engage in stories, fingerplays, rhymes and musical activities.
