Join us for our noncompetitive, slow paced bingo program. This program is geared towards patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs.
This program focuses on slow, flowing movements, breathing and focused attention. A low-impact form of exercise can improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. It has shown to decrease the risk of falling.
Nursery Rhyme Time
Enjoy a traditional time of nursery rhymes and songs for baby. A great introduction to the Library for the youngest of children!
