This evidence-based program for older adults emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Participants will learn to reduce fall risks at home, set goals for increasing activity, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
Smithtown Building Closed

Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild. Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons.
