Smithtown Building Closed
Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild. Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. Holiday Closing
In observance of Thanksgiving, the Library will be closed Thursday, November 28. We will reopen on Friday, November 29 at 9:30am.
Join us for our sensory friendly movie. This program is geared towards patrons 18 years and older with sensory issues, those on the autism spectrum or those who have other specific needs.
Different crafts encourage children's hand-eye coordination and gross and fine motor skills development; includes storytime. Dress to make a mess.
Game Day
We provide the space, tables, chairs and a variety of games. Meet friends here or make new ones.

Clue - A Mystery Book Discussion Group - The Marlow Murder Club
Looking for a good book to read and discuss with other mystery book lovers? Join us to discuss this month's book selection. This program will take place in person and will also be available on Zoom.
The Battle of the Books is a county-wide competition for young adults who wish to represent their public library. The competition will take place on Saturday, August 12 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Hauppauge.
Help an elementary school student prepare a baked good. Each teen will receive one hour community service credit for participating.
