Smithtown Building Closed

Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to rebuild.  Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. For updates, click here

Event Details

People of all ages are interested in learning how to implement strategies that might improve memory performance. Dr. Lauren Richmond will discuss different memory systems and how memory works, how it changes across the lifespan, and how other thinking processes are involved in the formation and retrieval of memories. Activities to improve performance of memory-based activities will also be discussed.
