Smithtown Building Closed

Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild.  Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. Program Description

Event Details

Take home a bag filled with the supplies needed to make your own homemade fresh mozzarella, perfect for a holiday appetizer. You will need to supply one gallon of whole milk for this project. Online and in person registration begins on December 11 and ends on December 20. Supply bags can be picked up from the building of your choice beginning December 23.
