Smithtown Building Closed

Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild.  Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. Holiday Closing

In observance of Thanksgiving, the Library will be closed Thursday, November 28.  We will reopen on Friday, November 29 at 9:30am.

Learn how to take great photos with your smartphone! Holly Hunt will teach simple, easy-to-learn skills on photography composition, lighting, and technicality. The basic settings on a smartphone camera, best time of day to take pictures, and how to work with light and reflections will be discussed. Everyone will leave with extensive knowledge on how their camera operates. Bring your fully charged smartphone to class.
