Until further notice, the Smithtown Building will be closed.
Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild. Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. In observance of Veterans Day, the Library will be closed Sunday, November 10 and Monday, November 11. We will reopen on Tuesday, November 12 at 9:30am.
The Lions Club will be offering FREE vision screenings for children at the Library! It will only take a few minutes, just stop by the Children's Room during these hours to have your child's vision screened. We hope to see you there! No registration required.
