Smithtown Building Closed

Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to assess the damage and begin to rebuild.  Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. Join us as we partner with the Commack-Kings Park Rotary Club in making a difference in our community by ridding the Kings Park Bluff of harmful trash that makes its way into the water and damages sea life.  We will meet at the Kings Park Bluff to join our local rotarians to collect, and clean our hometown beaches.  Teens will earn community service for their time and must have a parent or guardian sign a permission slip which can be picked up at the reference desk.  Teens must have their own transportation to and from the bluffs.
