No summer is complete without a great BBQ, but a Mexican BBQ is something different. Learn how to marinate chicken and beef to make carne asada with Chef Maria. Everyone will taste the carne asada along with nopales, a traditional Mexican salad. Go home with the recipes to make it at home.
