Road Work at our Kings Park Building

Due to road work being done on Church Street, the Library's main entrance is currently not accessible.  You can enter the Library's parking lot through the municipal parking lot on 25A across from the Kings Park Fire Department.

Holiday Closing

In observance of Mother's Day, the Library will be closed Sunday, May 12.  We will reopen on Monday, May 13 at 9:30am.

The Friends of The Smithtown Library purchased 4 new Book Club Kits!  Book Club Kits make have your own Book Discussion group easy!

Each kits contains everything you need to run your book discussion group including:

  • 8 or more copies of the title in various formats (standard print, large print and/or audiobook)
  • Author biography
  • Reviews
  • Discussion questions

 

This new titles include:

  • Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
  • Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles
  • Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides
