Until further notice, the Smithtown Building will be closed.
Due to the storm that occurred during the early morning hours of August 19, which caused torrential flooding, our Smithtown Building suffered catastrophic damage to its lower level. Therefore, until further notice, our Smithtown Building will be closed while we continue to rebuild. Our other three buildings remain open to assist our patrons. For updates, click here.
In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Library will be closed on Monday, January 20. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 21 at 9:30am.
February 1-March 1
February is Library Lovers Month and we are celebrating with a Winter Reading program for adults! Pick up a Bingo card at the Reference Desk at any Smithtown Library building. Complete a Bingo in any direction to enter our raffle prize drawing.
Registration begins on February 1.
