Smithtown Town Historian Traces the History of the Smithtown Library

As part of Smithtown Government Television's Historic Smithtown series, Smithtown Town Historian Bradley Harris discusses the origins of the Smithtown Library and how it has changed over the years in this video clip.  Produced just prior to the start of the final phase of the library's major renovation/ expansion project in 2011, Historic Smithtown: Smithtown Library includes a tour of the historic buildings that once housed the library, interviews with Library Director, Robert Lusak and Long Island Room Librarian, Cathy Ball, an overview of the library's resources and services and a preview of the newly renovated buildings.  Click here to watch the video.
