A variety of volunteer opportunities will be offered at the Library throughout the year. Teens will receive community service credit for each program. Register
 
SAT Review
Wednesdays, September 7, 14, 21 and 28• 6:00-8:30pm
Over 2 million students will be taking the SAT's this year; if you're one of them, how prepared are you? This indispensable four-week course will be led by long-time SAT instructors. Includes a study book. Fee: $88 per person. Register

DIY Paint Chip Calendar
Thursday, September 22• 7:00-8:00pm
Keep track of your hectic schedule with this reusable dry-erase calendar made out of paint chips. You’ll never have to buy a calendar again! This DIY project is super easy to make and will look perfect on any wall or locker. Register

College Essay Writing Workshop
Thursday, September 29• 7:00-8:30pm
Don't be afraid of the college essay! This 90-minute session will give students a chance to breakthrough writer's block, read successful student models, revise ideas, get constructive criticism and understand what a polished final draft should look like before it's sent to schools. Taught by Robert J Kuletsky, a local high school English Teacher. No fee. Space is limited. Register
 
Paw Patrol Party Volunteers
Tuesday, October 11• 4:00-6:00pm
Teens will work with young children creating crafts while they drop in and visit the plucky pups from Adventure Bay. Each teen will receive two hours of community service. Register

This book pumpkin is a fun fall craft to make while using recycled books. Register

History in a Box
Monday, October 24• 6:00-6:30pm
Lou Gallo, the NYS Chairman of the Commission for Social Justice, the anti-defamation branch of the Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA), will introduce his unique presentation "History in a Box" which portrays a positive image of Italian culture, focusing primarily on Italian innovation and invention that has influenced everyday American living today. Register

Eyeball Cake Pops for Teens
Friday, October 28• 4:00-5:15pm
Join the Baking Coach as you make gruesome eye ball cake pops. Each person will decorate and take home cake pops in a bakery box. Register
