Mother Goose Rhyme Time  

Friday, October 3 • 11:00-11:30am (Birth-35 months with parent/caregiver)          

Saturday, October 18 • 10:00-10:30am (Birth-35 months with parent/caregiver)

Enjoy a traditional time of nursery rhymes and songs for baby. A great introduction to the library for the youngest of children! Siblings are welcome.

 

Wonderful Ones  

Wednesday, October 8 and 15 • 11:00-11:45am (12-23 months with parent/caregiver)

This action-packed program engages little ones in language based activities;

includes free play, stories and fun! Siblings are welcome.

 

Time for Twos

Thursday, October 16 and 23 • 11:00-11:45am (24-35 months with parent/caregiver)

Visit the Library and enjoy building social skills in a relaxed, friendly environment; includes free play, songs, stories and a craft. Siblings are welcome.

 

Terrific Threes        

Monday, October 27 and November 3 • 11:00-11:45am (36-47 months with parent/caregiver)

Enjoy free play, stories, crafts, and circle time. Siblings are welcome.

 

My Apple Tree

Tuesday, October 7 • 11:00-11:30am (2 years with parent/caregiver)          

Let’s read about apples and autumn and then make an apple tree for you!

 

Owl Friends  

Friday, October 31 • 11:00-11:30am (2 years with parent/caregiver)

“Hoot Hoot,” says the owl! Join us for stories all about these nighttime friends and create a cute owl craft to take home.

 

Little Hoot                            

Friday, October 17 • 11:00-11:30am (3-5 year with parent/caregiver)

We will read stories about our woodland animal friends and then do a fun craft.

 

Little Mummy

Hooray for Halloween! Read a few spooky stories with us and create an adorable little mummy craft!

 

Get Happy Storytime

Thursday, October 9 • 4:00-4:30pm (Ages 5-8 years)

Laugh along with us as we read and then have fun making a smiley face foam craft.

 

Stuff a Scarecrow

Saturday, October 25 • 10:30-11:15am (Ages 5-8 years)

Listen to stories about scarecrows and then create your own.

 

LEGO® Builders     

Wednesday, October 29 • 4:00-4:45pm (Ages 7-10 years)

Come and join the fun! Using LEGO® BRICKS and your imagination, you can create and build many wonderful things.

 

Catch a Falling Star 

Wednesday, October 22 • 4:00-4:30pm (Ages 7-11 years)

Join us as we read about the night sky. Have fun decorating a wooden star.

 

Branch Out at the Library  

Saturday, October 4 • 10:00-10:45am (Ages 8-11 years)

Branch out at our new after-school hang out spot! We will play board games, create masterpieces from everyday materials, and chat about the latest trends in books and the media. There is no set structure during Branch Out: this totally awesome hang out is just for you!

 

Get a Kick Out of Reading

Thursday, October 16 • 4:00-4:30pm (Ages 8-11 years)

Have fun listening to sports stories; we will then use our imaginations to decorate a sneaker keychain.

Join in the fun as we read very special stories about our friend the turtle. Have fun decorating your own paper plate turtle.

 

Pirate Parade

Ahoy mateys! We will read some landlubber tales and then make foam pirate hats to sail away with!
