Join us for a fun filled program of songs, rhymes, and stories!

 

Mother Goose Rhyme Time

(Birth-35 months with parent/caregiver)

Enjoy a traditional time of nursery rhymes and songs for baby. A great introduction to the Library for the youngest of children! Siblings are welcome.

 

Wonderful Ones

(12-23 months with parent/caregiver)

This action-packed program engages little ones in language based activities; includes free play, stories and fun!  Siblings are welcome. 

 

Time for Twos

Visit the Library and enjoy building social skills in a relaxed, friendly environment; includes free play, songs, stories and a craft. Siblings are welcome.

 

Art Starts

Tuesday, November 18 • 2:30-3:15pm

Different crafts that encourage children’s hand-eye coordination and gross and fine motor skills development as they explore a variety of materials; includes storytime.  A light snack will be served. Dress to make a mess.

 

Library Playdate

Seize the play and keep the mess at our place! Join us for an informal playdate - meet other children and families while playing with toys and creating an art project.

Make Your Own Mayflower

Using your handprint and some brown paint, make your version of the famous Mayflower ship to take home. We'll learn some facts about the journey of the Mayflower, too! Please dress to make a mess.

The 3D Printer Gets Spooky!

Join us for a demonstration of Suffolk Library's traveling exhibit - the 3D Printer Makerbot! Watch as we put the printer to the test to see if it can scare us with one of its creations! After the demonstration, teens will help children make their own spooky 3D masterpieces.
