Design and decorate pillowcases that will be sent to active duty service members overseas. Each teen will earn one hour of community service.

Meet us in the LearnLab to create garden markers for our outdoor sensory garden.  We will tend to the garden while our markers are being made.  Each teen will earn one and a half hours of community service.

Help aid local food pantries by planting, tending and harvesting vegetables in the Library’s garden bed. Meet us in the lobby to head out to the garden together. In the event of rain, this program will be held in the Community Room.

Decorate sea shells to raise awareness for cleaner beaches and oceans here on Long Island.  We will paint shells to spread across local beaches.  Each teen will earn one hour of community service.
